today is my birthday yay


ok so all of my friends hated the new naruto chapter and it seems like everyone on DA is hating it too. am i the only one in the world that thought it was f-ing amazing? people are saying "oh there was no fighting blah blah, naruto just talked nagato into not fighting." what is it that you people wanted? i mean, naruto single handedly destroyed 6 pein bodies, some of them multiple times! so what if he didnt kill nagato?? you want the awesome new badass that is naruto to just slaughter nagato when he was weak and hooked up to that machine??? its called honor my friends. are hokages supposed to just kill everything in sight to become the best ninja? no, they need other skills. such as keeping peace without anymore meaningless killing. just showing that naruto has the compassion and drive and empathy to understand why nagato did the things he did shows that he is hokage material all the way. nagato brought back all of the fallen ninjas so what did you want? naruto to just slit his throat after doing that? nagato gave naruto the pain of losing those close to him. that feeling will give naruto the fire within to be able to finally bring peace to the world. naruto is amazing and always will be with me.

Hey everyone, it's now less than one month until Naka-Kon 09 in Kansas City! The artist table is looking good and I think we'll do pretty well for it being our first table. I'm going to be selling my Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, and Kakashi pictures there. I'm hoping to finish up a Sand Siblings one before the con but I'm so busy with school it'll be tough. All of my drawings will be selling for $5 for an 8.5x11. As well as these drawings, I'm gonna be commissioning Japanese name plates. I'll have thin blocks of wood, you choose the color, design, and tell me your name and I'll paint it in Japanese. Then you can hang it on your door or wherever ^^ I'll be commissioning these for $5 and for a small extra charge, I'll create a kanji name for you ^^

Along with the artist table, I'm gonna be even more busy now *sigh* I'm gonna be running a Japanese language panel on the Sunday of the con from 10-11am. So if you wanna some basics of the japanese language, come by and learn!

My cosplays are pretty much all complete. For Friday I will be Pein, Saturday morning Im breaking out the cursed Hidan again *despite my protests XP* and the rest of Saturday, Sunday, and the raves I will be a dark soldier from Final Fantasy 7. So yeah, those are pretty much done except for minor details to each one.

and I have been approved for an artist table at Naka-kon 09! She will be selling bookmarks and I hope to be selling my vectors. Im also going to do commissions for japanese name plates at the con so im getting excited but i have a lot of work to do with making the vectors and school. Im done with marching band for the year so I will have some more time now but naka is coming up in 3 months! so much to prepare for! and also i submitted a request to head up a japanese language panel too! im just digging myself deeper and deeper into being busy but thats how we really test our capabilities right?

Just for sh!ts and g!ggles, how much would any of you loyal watchers pay for an 8.5" x 11" glossy print of one of my naruto, sasuke, or sakura vectors if you saw them at an artist table? there will be many more characters to choose from once the con arrives but these 3 are the only ones available so far. I was thinking $5 a piece but what are your thoughts?
